Nadeem has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2004. In the begining of his carrier there was no professional trainer in the town. Nadeem has experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness, including elderly and high risk populations. He believes all health and fitness is rooted in a proper foundation of core strength and muscular flexibility, as these traits affect other areas of fitness such as cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength.
